My name is Sara Wojanis and I am an on-the-go 35-year-old mom to 4 little ones, 4 and under! Our newest addition is our 2 ½-month-old little boy. We live in the southwest suburbs outside of Chicago. I am a former BigTen Athlete and ACC college coach, so athletics and staying active runs through my veins. We are always on the go from one activity to the next. 

I was able to try out the Momcozy Muslin Swaddle Blankets for my little boy! This is a set of 4 blankets. The beige, grey, and gold/yellow colors are perfect for boy or girl, and each blanket has a different pattern. I knew my little guy would love snuggling up to these, but they are also large enough to be used as a cover over his car seat.

First Impressions

When I first received the Momcozy Muslin Swaddle Blankets, I was surprised and enlightened to see that it was a set of 4 blankets! The packaging was super nice. Upon opening the blankets, I was excited to see that the blankets were a cute neutral color and patterns that were very appealing and fun. Each blanket has a different pattern which was also super trendy. I love the idea of them having a theme: galactic/outer space. One of the blankets was more of a neutral pattern, a chevron type. Super cute. The others each different, with moons, stars, planets, etc over them each. I think my favorite of the four was the stars. I was also surprised by how soft they were. Being that they are so versatile is also a huge bonus.

Functionality

These muslin blankets can be used a multitude of ways. We used as a cover for baby’s car seat when out and about, a folded up blanket for comfort, as a blanket on the floor for baby to lay, as a mattress cover tucked under the sides of the bassinet because so soft, as a blanket on top of baby as I held him, as a shield from the sun and wind.

Comfort & Ease Of Use

The packaging of the muslin blankets is well-made and convenient. They fold up nice and compact so that they can be easily stored. These blankets are so soft and comfy. The breathability of the blanket is so nice. You can use these for warm or cold months. In warm months you can use it knowing that it is lightweight and breathable and in the cold months you can use it knowing that they are soft and cozy and can keep baby wrapped up and warm.

Final Thoughts

The softness of these blankets are second to none. I love the large size of the blanket, allowing for more uses. The colors and patterns are trendy and attractive, offering many different options as well from girl, boy, and gender neutral. The packaging is also so well planned and thought out. These would make the perfect baby shower gift or welcoming gift for baby and mommy. They fold up easily and compact enough to be able to throw them in your baby bag or keep an extra in the car. Soft to the touch for baby and made of quality materials you can feel good about.

I will definitely continue to use these ever soft muslin blankets for baby as he continues to grow. They are so versatile that they will be utilized for many years to come. I would love to check out the other patterns and colors as well to see what other ones I would like to buy or which I can buy the other moms in my life so that they too can enjoy the softness and versatility of these cute blankets.
